I've made samples of my work available here for you to preview and, I hope, enjoy! These are mostly clips or short examples intended to showcase the work I can do. They are all original works, of course.

Theme in G Minor Intended as an emotional theme for TV or film. This sample consists of just the opening movement and closing bars (i.e. one minute long to cover an opening credit sequence).		1.38 MB

Red Neck Polka This is a fun combination of "hillbilly" banjo and a european polka! Sound like an odd combination? Well, have a listen and see if it makes you smile :) It certainly gave me a grin writing it! One minute of foot stomping fun!		1 MB
Theme in D Minor This is a short full orchestral piece intended as a TV or film theme tune. It starts with brass, which transitions to wind and reeds. This takes us to a sequence of pizzicato strings with oboes and clarinets, building back up to a fiery combination of oboe, flute and clarinet harmonies backed by galloping brass.		3.25 MB
Hometown Blossoms A short sample from an oriental-themed piece. This uses a combination of traditional instruments and a contemporary synthesized background "pad". It is written to be very reminiscent of a traditional far-east Asian style of music.		1.13 MB
Study in C for Piano A relaxing little piano short, gently backed by a simple string arrangement.		1.2 MB
Miniature Partita in G-Minor This is a very short solo violin sequence in G-Minor deliberately intended to be in the style of Bach. This is only here to demonstrate writing in the style of another composer.		803 KB
Nocturne in D Minor for Piano This arose primarily as one of those musical "sketches" one comes up with while improvising on the piano (I use elements of the same melody in the "Study in D Minor" for guitar below).		1.51 MB

"Sapphire" This is really only here for comedy value. This is a rock song I wrote back in 2004. Yes, I know that my singing sucks! I don't claim to be a singer :) This was fairly hastily recorded just to capture it "on file" and it really needs to be re-recorded as there are quite a number of rough edges, aside from the awful singing. So, if you want a laugh, have a listen! (I had fun recording it though, one track at a time)		6.91 MB
